Narrativo:
On 11/29/18, Detectives from the Ventura County Sheriff’s West County Street Narcotics Team concluded a two month long narcotic investigation into the drug trafficking activities of Arturo Aguilar of Oxnard, after learning Aguilar was supplying methamphetamine to residents of Ventura County.

On 11/29/18 at approximately 1:00 p.m., Detectives from the West County Street Team assisted by members of the Sheriff’s East County Street Team, the Sheriff’s Gang Unit and the California National Guard’s Counter Drug Task Force, detained Aguilar as he was driving in Oxnard. A search warrant was then executed on his person, vehicles and residence. Approximately one pound of methamphetamine was located in Aguilar’s car. A search of his residence in Oxnard resulted in the seizure of more than four more ounces of methamphetamine and one half ounce of cocaine, along with a large sum of U.S. Currency believed to be the proceeds of narcotic sales.

Aguilar was arrested and booked at the Ventura County Main Jail on several narcotic violations. His bail was set at $50,000, which he posted. His next scheduled court date is set for December 13, 2018 at 8:15 a.m.

El Equipo de Narcóticos de la Calle del Condado Oeste está compuesto por detectives de narcóticos de la Oficina del Sheriff del Condado de Ventura, el Departamento de Policía de Oxnard y el Departamento de Policía de Port Hueneme.
