Programa de recolección de medicamentos farmacéuticos

As part of our effort to reduce pharmaceutical drug abuse, the Sheriff’s Office has bins at each of its stations where unwanted, unused, or expired prescription medication can be deposited for destruction. This also includes pet medications.

This program began in 2009; and, as of 2018, over 19 tons of medication has been collected and destroyed.

If you have left over medication in your home; make sure it does not end up being abused, by taking advantage of this program.
