Thousand Oaks – Fatal Traffic Collision

On June 21, 2022, at about 1:55am, the Thousand Oaks Police Department and the Ventura County Fire Department responded to an injury vehicle traffic collision on Westlake Boulevard near Cloverleaf Street. Upon arrival, deputies discovered a fully engulfed vehicle fire.
